Our Directors
The board of directors of the Canadian Research Institute for Law and the Family was responsible for supervising the operation of the Institute. It met at least once a year and determined policy, set priorities, and generally oversaw the management of the organization by the Executive Director. Between meetings of the full board of directors, the business of the Institute was directed by the executive committee. The breadth of experience and interests of the members of the board reflected the aspirations of the Institute to be national in its perspective and engage in a variety of activities relating to law and the family.
